Born in Los Angeles, Gregory Scher left the city to attend the University of Hawaii. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy in 1984. When he returned to California in 1988, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California at Davis and was admitted to the California Bar. Gregory Scher is a founding member of

H. Douglas Galt was born in 1956 in Southern California. He received his bachelor’s degree in Economics in 1978 from Stanford University with honors and distinction. In 1981 Mr. Galt earned both his master’s degree in Economics and his Juris Doctor from the University of California at Los Angeles. In the same year he also became a member of the Bar of the State of California. Douglas Galt helped create the law firm of
